Technician
Responsibilities:
- To carry out routine check of M&E system and equipment at Cineplex.
- To carry out first line maintenance repair works.
- To carry out schedule preventive maintenance e.g. painting, carpentry, & other building works.
Requirements:
- Must process relevant technical certificate in building services or mechanical & electrical engineering.
- 3 – 5 years relevant experience in property & facilities maintenance.
- Must be dynamic, innovative, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming telephone calls, circulate and handle mails, letter, and faxes.
- Receive stocks, conduct daily stock count and update the inventory as per schedule.
- Check all staff leaves, movements, transport reimbursements, travel arrangements, petty cash claims, overtime claims, & part-time staff payroll.
- Assist Theatre Manager to raise works order for job requests and source for quotations.
- Arrange meetings and taking minutes of meeting.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Technical Assistant (Based in Dubai)
You will be responsible for the operation of the projection equipment, theatre and sound system including troubleshooting of any technical problems. You duties include performing of daily equipment maintenance check, updating of prints conditions and maintenance of the projector room. You are required to check on the lightings in the toilets, auditorium, display and neon signs and replace them when necessary. You shall also assist in changing promotional materials in the theatre premises and to perform housekeeping duty and/or customer service role whenever the need arises and any other duties as assigned by the Theatre Manager.
To succeed in this role, you must possess Diploma in Film, Sound and Video or NTC in Electrical / Electronics or equivalent. Candidates with the relevant experienced will be preferred.

Responsibilities :
- To assist manager in managing operations and achieving business results in all outlets.
- To work with the operation team to deliver the highest standards of quality and service and cleanliness to our customers.
- To implement and comply towards policies, standards and team values to the management.
- Assist in the ISO implementation and updates of quality procedures
- Any other ad-hoc assignments relating to HR delegated by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma or Degree in Hospitality management or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of audit experience, preferably specializing in F & B.
- Pleasant, self-motivated and dynamic personality with excellent communication skills
- Able to work shift, long hours including weekend and public holidays
- A team player with excellent leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be result-oriented team players, able to work independently and willing to learn.
- Expected to travel if required.
