Customer Service Officer (2 positions)

Responsibilities:

  1. Attend to tenants and customers queries, feedback & complaints
  2. Keep useful information eg. survey result, feedback, A&P redemption etc for project assessment and improvement
  3. Coordinate repair or service work with the technical staff
  4. Provide & assist in centre information to customers
  5. Compile customer service reports & provide feedback and complaints to the respective departments for necessary follow-up actions.
  6.  Implement and monitor programmes that enhance customer service
  7. Help to promote good relations with tenants and customers
  8. Handle cash/promotion items in A&P redemption activities
  9. Dealing with lost and found
  10. Periodic checks on the following:
    - Public phone
    - Poster stands
    - Light boxes
    - ATMs
    - Properties in and around the building
  1. Do shift duties rotation with other CSOs to provide customer service from 9am to 11pm
  2. Additional services such as postal, sistic like services etc.

The Person:

  • GCE/GSC ‘O’ levels 
  • 2 years working experience

Finance Officer cum Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts receivable, perform all billing functions and provide timely feedback for early action against outstanding debtors.
  • Responsible to bank-in and withdrawals from bank
  • Handle fixed assets module, to verify purchase and witness disposal
  • Ensure deposit is paid by tenants and any BG is valid for execution and process refund of deposit
  • Handle cash module
  • Perform bank reconciliation

The Person:

  • Holds LCCI or equivalent;
  • Has minimum 2 years of related working experience.

Credit Control Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the preparation of billings, reminders, debtors ageing, and credit evaluation
  • Ensure timely collection from debtors is met
  • Assist in the formulation, implementation, and timely review on the credit control policies
  • Prepare analysis and reports to management level
  • Liaise with internal and external parties relating to credit control activities
  • Assist in accounts and finance-related matter

The Person:

  • Degree in business administration or partially qualified with minimum 2-3 years working experience in the shopping mall credit control experiences;
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office applications and any computerized system;
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and analytical skill;
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese;

The Job:

  • To assist and ensure smooth and efficient day to day operation of all HR function ie. maintenance of employee’s personal file, payroll, employee’s attendance record, leave record etc.
  • Issuance of staff appointment letter, confirmation, extension and any other documents related to staff employment.
  • To process, prepare and print out salary report fortnightly and arrange document for submission to the bank and responsible for all statutory payments on timely basis to EPF, SOCSO, IRB etc
