Service Crew/ Customer Service Officer
(Based in Damansara and Johor Bahru)

Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work shift duties, weekends and public holidays
• Students interested in continuing employment while schooling are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:
• Attends to patrons' requests and enquiries and performs all related customer service functions to provide excellent support to customers.
• Responsible for security of cash, tickets, property suppliers and equipment in the cineplex
• Perform duties in Box Office, Cinesnax and ushering
• Assist the manager in administrative and other duties
