It was established in 1994 primarily to provide support to the range of Cathay Organisation's property assets.
“Cineleisure” the concept for one-stop entertainment and lifestyle centre was developed by Cathay Cineleisure International, a company incorporated in 1995. This concept provides a multi-sensory, experimental shopping and entertainment concept for the young and young at heart is adopted by Cathay Cineleisure Orchard. Other key services include sourcing of appropriate tenant mix, tenant & lease management services, customer liaison services and property management. Based on this proven formula, we envision taking the "Cineleisure" branding outside of Singapore and marketing our expertise in property and centre management regionally.
The properties handled by Cathay Properties include all the cineplexes under the Group as well as The Cathay and Cathay Cineleisure Orchard.The company has also handled projects for other clients, examples of which include bungalows at Swiss Club Road and certain units at Boat Quay and The Riverwalk Galleria.
